Mud Creek Christian School
A ministry of Mud Creek Baptist Church

APPLICATION FOR NEW ADMISSION (Registration opens March 4, 2013):

Parents should fill out the Enrollment Application and attach the required registration fee for the desired program. The completed Enrollment Application and fee payment should be submitted to the MCCS office by mail or in person.

Early application is recommended since space in each program is limited. Parents will be notified by phone or mail that the application has been approved or denied. If denied, the registration fee will be refunded. In all other cases, registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  In any event, parents may choose to have their child placed on a waiting list. Should an opening occur, the parents will be promptly contacted.

MCCS is for children who want to learn and for parents who are willing to take the responsibility for their child's education and disciplinary training. No school can do it alone or without the parent's support. Proper standards of behavior, dress and discipline are expected at MCCS.  If disciplinary procedures (outlined in the Parents Handbook) prove ineffective, the student's enrollment at MCCS will terminate and registration fee forfeited. Students who are on suspension or expulsion from other schools, public or private, will not be accepted to MCCS.

APPLICATION FOR RETURNING STUDENTS (Registration opens February 18, 2013):

Parents of returning enrolled students will have an opportunity to register early for the coming year. Parents should fill out the Enrollment Application and attach the required registration fee for the desired program. Submit the completed Enrollment Application and registration fee to the MCCS office by mail or in person by March 1 to reserve your child’s space.

Early application is recommended since space in each program is limited. Your child’s space will be reserved if your registration fee has been received by the deadline. Registration fees are non-refundable (unless space has been denied) and are non-transferable.
