The Kindergarten program is offered as a half-day option, 8:00-12:00, or full-day option, 8:00-2:45, Monday through Friday, and generally follows the calendar of the local public schools.
The curriculum is based on the North Carolina's Standard Course of Study for Kindergarten and uses Saxon Math®, Saxon Phonics® and theme-based Christian education.
The
teacher to pupil ratio is approximately 1:6 with a teacher and an assistant
teacher assigned to the class. The lead teacher is North Carolina Certified in
Early Childhood Education and has a B.S. in Elementary Education.
The tuition for Kindergarten is $ 2700 per year ($300 per month for 9 months) for half-day enrollment, or $ 3600 per year ($400 per month for 9 months) for full-day enrollment. In addition, there is a $100 annual registration fee. Enrollment space is limited.
